Frank Fratto Just recently caught the Menzingers show in Chicago and although I am a big fan I'm not very familiar with their older stuff like this album. Downloaded this one today and I'm glad I did because this is one very raw and energetic sounding piece of work that can easily be considered an instant classic. Fans of The Lawrence Arms, Gaslight Anthem and older Alkaline Trio will appreciate this. Favorite track: I Was Born.

The verse "Can't even buy a coffee without exploiting someone" got me. It really hits hard. For the entire length of the album it felt like the end of the world. But to be perfectly honest, it's just how life is these days. And it's fucked up. szczur
